Peer Support Team The RIDOC Peer Support Team endeavors to maintain an effective stress management program for all Department employees. This specialized unit operates in five areas: Departmental referral, voluntary treatment, post-traumatic stress, education, and training and critical incident debriefing. Due to the nature of the program, RIDOC ensures that all employees who participate in the program remain anonymous and all records are kept strictly confidential. The Peer Support Team is comprised of a group of volunteer personnel and operates on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
