Question: If I want something fixed, what is the proper procedure?	Answer: Please go to the DOC Intranet site and print out a "work order" form and send it to the proper zone supervisor.
Question: How would I go about contacting maintenance engineering?	Answer: Contacts can be made by contacting the person designated to your particular zone listed above.
Question: How would I get support relating to dumpsters located on the complex?	Answer: Contact Nick Ventetuolo @ 462-2136.
Question: How would I get vendor support services?	Answer: Call the particular supervisor within the facility needing service.
Question: How would I get contractor support on capital projects?	Answer: Contact Anthony Feole @ 462-3791.
Question: How would I get grounds maintenance support for grass cutting or snow removal on the complex?	Answer: Contact Nick Ventetuolo @ 462-2136 or the main office @ 462-3066.
Question: How does the emergency “after hours” problems get addressed?	Answer: Through the after hours beeper program, which notes the particular Superintendent on call.   In the event of any maintenance emergency issue the affected facility is required to call the Maximum Security Main Control Center @ 462-2054 after clearance from the Warden’s of the affected facility. This program is updated every 6-months and is forwarded to every D.O.C. security on the complex.
