Who May Buy:

• Political Subdivisions
  All state departments are directed by state statute to purchase from correctional industries. All orders should be placed on standard purchase order forms.
• Non-Profit Organizations
  All eligible organizations such as civic, charitable, religious, educational and fraternal should use their standard purchase order forms or letterheads. Credit can be extended only to approved customers; other terms, including advance payment of COD, may be necessary, depending on circumstances, commodity, or service involved. All new customers must include their tax exempt numbers.
• Eligible Organizations
  Any registered non-profit agency in education or health which is chartered with the Rhode Island Secretary of State as being non-profit and having no capital stock may buy from Correctional Industries provided such purchases are for use by the organization and not for resale to others.

We welcome your inquiries, and will be happy to accept your telephone orders as means of assuring you that an item is available for shipment. The actual order cannot be shipped, however, until a written order is received. Faxed orders must be followed with originals by mail.

Prices and Specifications

We reserve the right to change prices and specifications of items when necessary without notice, subject to all applicable regulations.

Guarantee

All merchandise is guaranteed to be completely satisfactory with respect to materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from date of delivery. If exception is noted, advise Correctional Industries customer service immediately

Exchange, Credit, or Repair

Before returning any item(s), please call the Correctional Industries sales office for specific information and instructions on any of the above needs.

Damaged Shipments

Please do not return any item(s) without first calling the Correctional Industries customer service office for instructions on return procedure. Reports on damaged goods will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

A word to the architect, designer, or facilities planner: We would like to work with you on your productions requirements for new furniture and equipment designs which might not be currently produced.
