The help desk is used to report a problem with hardware or software, install new hardware or software, report network issues, radio issues, permissions, etc.
Staffed Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4pm.*
*If a need arrises, staff are on-call at all other times.

REQUEST FOR HARDWARE/SOFTWARE
To request new or upgrades to existing hardware or software, please complete a “MS-35” form, have it signed by a supervisor, and forward it to MIS for processing.
REQUEST FOR PROGRAMMING SERVICES
To request programming services, please complete a “Request for Programming Services” form, and forward it to MIS for processing.
